Since all the DLCs have now released, I recommend doing your first play through on Normal if going for the Platinum and 100% (see the DLC roadmaps) and then doing new game plus on survival II. Complete New Game+ on any difficulty. Each Gold in the challenge and mini challenges will earn you 90 credits (90x5=450) Silver will net you 45 credits and Bronze will be a mere 15 credits. This will come naturally but Iron Mikes camp will be the easiest as the amount of bike upgrades and weapons easily add up to this and more. Kill an enemy with every type of ammo from a mysterious weapon earned in New Game+. The number you pick up will appear in the bottom left of the screen for a few seconds. Once you've earnt enough money, buy some rings as they also grant perks during the challenges. Unless you go out of you way not to sell to the food vendor in each camp you will get this early on. There are over 40 Anarchists cairns, they are randomly located but easy to spot. The best way to get this is during 'Playing All Night' mission. You can't collect them like Freaker ears by just walking near them. Congratulations on The Platinum! If playing this on NG+ you will have access to everything and the special sniper too making it a lot easier. Each challenge and sub challenge will need to be gold to unlock this (you'll need to reach gold in the sub challenges during your gold run to meet the requirements easier although not exactly needed but they massively help).
